We payed and following the exact directions to the San Francisco parking garage. There was no way to use the code, and when Spot Hero Support was contacted they asked for the receipt which we provided. Then after twice co tasting support they ended up refunding our payment, which was the right thing for them to do. Although it took two tries with support to get this done, we will probably try them again.

The parking spot I paid for was a construction site, and after paying the Spot Hero app online, I had to pay again--for a parking place that was not under construction. I was promised my money back but it has been weeks and I haven't received it, although I sent photos and the receipt for the parking I had to pay for--three times now.

Would not work at the ramp. Ended up paying twice.

Instructions were very clear from drop-off, parking, to pick-up. Hotel was communicative as well about estimated time of shuttle

We texted as we were told to 20 minutes before needing our car. When we got to the garage there was about 8-10 groups of other people waiting. Turns out there was one attendant who looked to be around 16-18 years old and did not speak English. It felt as though we might never get our car if the very stressed out attendant decided to just leave (as we worried he might). Eventually we all got our cars after more than an hours wait. It was very very stressful.

I made a reservation, but when I arrived there were very few spaces. Two of them had large vehicles in the adjacent space partially parked in the empty space, so the spaces were unusable. I FINALLY found a space that my small car could fit in. Guess a reservation doesn't actually guarantee that a space is available (?).

It was fast, easy and convenient. The garage is clean and very well lit. I was extremely comfortable...

I placed a reservation on 4/27 for a parking garage in the financial district once I got there the attendant stated it was full I let him know that I had a reservation and he said it didn't matter. I went to another garage which was adjacent and it was full as well. I finally found a garage and was at the mercy of whatever they would charge because I was already late for work. Called and spoke with a rep Noel and explained the situation and he refunded my payment for the pass and credited me back the difference for the new garage I had to pay for once I provided my receipt. This type of customer service eased my frustration and I am grateful. Thank You Noel and Pamela for your due diligence!!!!

This was my first experience with this company. We reserved a spot at one lot and when we got there we were told the lot was full and the attendant told us there was a lot around the corner and to show our reservation to that attendant. When we arrived at the 2nd location we did exactly what we were told to do and showed our reservation to that attendant and he just gave us a ticket for parking and said we were all set. The following day we were leaving and were charged to leave the lot after already paying online and that attendant was very rude about the situation and will probably not use this company in future visits to Manhattan.

Fast, easy, and convenient.

All was perfect! No problem during online reservation, entrance and exit using mobile, no problem to find the space to park the car

Followed instructions from Spot Hero, and matched their picture posted of lot. Parked for Rockies game, an two weeks later was ticketed for parking in wrong lot. Spot Hero did nothing to help me. Never answered day of the game. Never stood up for their customer. Their directions, and picture are deceiving. Be careful with Spot Hero. I don’t trust them.

Easy parking, friendly service, good location

The paking lot refused to park my Tesla. Spothero wouldn't refund the money when I called. I don't think they are honest.

I'd like to thank (Samuel?) for his excellent customer service support in resolving the discrepancy with the time and date I purchased and the time and date that the system reflected. He was patient and was able to secure the intended date and time I ordered. Maybe it's me, but it seems that the app has a glitch. I'll select a specific date and time and go to place the order and the system will revert to a different date and time…..
