Booking the spot was easy enough, but once I got to the lot, it just felt sketchy. There didn’t seem to be anyone around, and I spent the whole time worrying about my car. it felt like a preventable issue if there had been better lighting or some kind of staff presence. I wouldn’t use that garage again

The app works okay overall, but the extra fees can get annoying after a while. It feels like they add up faster than you expect, which makes using it a little less enjoyable

I’ve used SpotHero a handful of times, and overall it’s been okay. Most of the time it gets the job done, but the availability can be kind of hit or miss. One time I booked a garage downtown, showed up, and the place was already full (which was frustrating since I was already running close on time). I ended up waiting around and asking the attendant what I was supposed to do.

That said, I’ve also had a few times where it worked exactly like it should and saved me some money, so I wouldn’t say it’s a bad app. I just wish it was more accurate about whether spots are actually open (because that’s kind of the whole point). Not terrible, but definitely not perfect either...

I parked here last week, or maybe the week before, and the price was reasonable. The only annoying part was the directions. They had me going around in circles for a while, and it took way longer than it should have to actually find the garage entrance.

well... I booked this lot through spothero and felt comfortable with it. It was easy to find, well lit, and didn’t feel sketchy at all when I came back later at night. My car was totally fine, nothing weird happened, and I’d definitely use it again just for the peace of mind.

Got to the garage and it was overbooked, so yeah, not exactly the best start… I was annoyed for a minute. But SpotHero support got back to me fast and found me another lot close by. The refund difference came through too, so that was good. Not perfect, obviously, but they handled it without turning it into this whole...

I use SpotHero when I’ve got a promo code, but the discounts are kind of all over the place. Some codes look like they’re going to work, then you get to checkout and they just... don’t apply. Annoying when you’re already trying to book fast.
When a code actually does go through, it’s nice and saves a few bucks, and the booking part is easy enough. So it’s not bad overall, I just wish the deals were clearer before you get all the way to the end and... yeah

Not a bad experience, just think it could be a bit smoother.

The attendant wasn’t very helpful. I felt like I was kind of brushed off, and it didn’t exactly make me trust their customer service. The whole experience could definitely be better.

I showed up a little late and couldn’t even get into my spot. The hours were technically listed, but they were so buried that I totally missed them. that part felt ridiculous and could’ve been way clearer
